Order Policy

By placing an order with us, you agree to our terms and conditions set down here in our Shipping and Return Policies.

Pricing

​

All artwork is priced accordingly. Aspects involved in pricing include materials used, the size of the piece, and the artists time. Value of the artwork is determined by the artist and is not swayed by critical evaluation.

Shipping

​

Sutherland Creative tries our best to be as sustainably and environmentally conscious as possible. Therefore, we package our herbs and blends in compostable packaging, we package personal care products in glass, and we use PURE Labels for our labels, which are all compostable. We also package our products with biodegradable corn starch packing peanuts when shipping that can go down the drain when soaked in water.

We use either Flat Rate Shipping (with USPS) or carrier calculated shipping prices through USPS, using Priority Mail Shipping that is calculated at check out depending on location.

We package and ship all orders from Estes Park, Colorado, Monday-Friday, 10am-3pm, and Saturday between 8am-10am. All orders should arrive within 1-14 business days depending on location. Please be aware that unavoidable delays may occur through the shipping carrier, and also that we are a small, human, family run business and delays may also occur.

Upon receiving your order, if it is visibly damaged or missing items you ordered, please hold onto it and contact us immediately at sutherlandcreativeinfo@gmail.com, so we may resolve the issue.

If an item goes out of stock before your order is put together, we will notify you and, depending on the situation, you can choose to be refunded for the item or wait for it to come back in stock and we will ship it to you at no extra shipping cost to you.

Return Policy

​

We do not accept returns on opened or used products. If there is an issue with your order, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible, within 30 days of purchase.

​

We do not accept returns on handmade and custom work. All sales on custom artwork are final. 

​

If there are any questions or concerns about the items you purchased, we ask that you contact us at sutherlandcreativeinfo@gmail.com as soon as possible to remedy the situation.

Online Order for Delivery or Pickup Policy
​

Online orders placed for for delivery or pickup can be held by us for no more than 7 days before the items must be returned to the shelves and the order is canceled and refunded. If more time is needed to pick up an online order, the purchaser must contact us within this 7 day period to make alternative arrangements. This is because some of our items are made-to-order and we want our customers to get these kinds of items as soon as they can so they have time to use them.
